29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): (A) The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects was immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with �1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with �1910.22(d), or replaced a) Church campus of Joan of Arc Catholic Parish at 100 Willow Bend Road, in Marlton, NJ, 08053- Temporary Labor Camp: Employees were exposed fall hazards when utilizing defective wooden ladders. The structural defects included but were not limited damaged rungs and cord holding the side rails together to access upper landings in the camp, observed on or about 8/21/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
