29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): A powered industrial truck was in need of repair, defective, or was unsafe and the truck was not taken out of service until it had been restored to safe operating condition: 241 B Bliss St, West Springfield, MA On or before August 15, 2018, three of eight powered industrial trucks were found to have inoperative emergency brakes and employees were operating the three trucks to move pallets and load trailers.
