29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section: On or about August 01, 2018, written procedures for the control of hazardous energies were not developed, documented or utilized used by employees tasked with completing service and maintenance activities of the company's (TiAl) weigh blend system, located in the ARS department at the facility. Energy sources used for the press line, include; but are not limited to, electricity and pneumatic energies.
