29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. On or about July 30, 2018, the employer did not document that the equipment associated with the anhydrous ammonia refrigeration system complied with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices, such as but not limited to, IIAR Bulletin No. 109 - 1997 "IIAR Minimum Safety Criteria for a Safe Ammonia Refrigeration System" in that fan mounting brackets for evaporative condensers and blast freezer tunnels were not being inspected for vibration.
