29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment: (a) On or about July 23, 2018 and at times prior for the employees exposed to electrical shock hazards where a GEHL RS12-42 struck a 14,000 volt electrical line while loading water tank sections onto a flatbed truck, in the vicinity of Highway 1806 & 115 Avenue NW, near Watford City, North Dakota.
