29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (a) Elevate Energy Services LLC, at 1 Industrial Park, Johnstown, CO: On and preceding 7/10/18, the employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. Employees performed operations including but not limited to providing water to hydraulic fracturing sites and maintenance of equipment used for such operations. The employer did not have in the workplace copies of safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in their work area, including but not limited to the following: 1. Hydraulic fluid; 2. Motor oil.
