29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: A) Wiers Farm, Inc., located at 4465 State Route 103 South, Willard, OH 44890: On or about July 3, 2018, the employer did not adequately train employees to control hazardous energy of the equipment such as, but not limited to, the de-tailer on the Radish Grader Line located in the Packing House. Employees did not control all hazardous energy sources such as, but not limited to, electrical while employees were conducting activities such as, but not limited to, cleaning the de-tailer. Employees were exposed to laceration and amputation hazards while all hazardous energy sources were not controlled while conducting work.
