29 CFR 1926.1417(o)(1): The equipment was operated in excess of its rated capacity and the operator was required to operate the equipment in a manner that would violate paragraph (o)(1) of this section. Location: a) On fourth floor of the jobsite: On or about 06/25/2018, a Jekko MPK 20 Mini mobile crane was used to hoist curtain wall panels in excess of the capacity of the crane as it was erected and an employee was required to operate a Jekko Mini mobile crane that was used to lift curtain wall panels in excess of its rated capacity.
