29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): A snaphook was engaged directly to the rope being used for a personal fall arrest system: a) Construction site, Madison Lansdale Station apartments, 2nd floor - On or about June 27, 2018, an employee using a rope as part of a personal fall arrest system had the snap hook connected directly back to the rope to provide anchorage.
