29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On June 12, 2018 at the 4244 Hwy U, Whitewater, MO farm building construction site, a person competent in identifying and enforcing the use of a fall protection system had not inspected the site before and during the work. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
