29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a) The employer is failing to ensure that employees are informed about hazards in the work place. This was most recently documented on June 1, 2018 at 1016 County Rd. U Strang, NE 68444. The employer failed to ensure that the written hazardous commination program described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f),(g), and(h) was to be met.
