29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(ii)(D): The employer did not ensure that proper use of the special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools for working on or near exposed energized parts of electric equipment. This violation occurred on or about May 21, 2018, when employees engaged in the removal of live electrical wires (7,200)were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
