29 CFR 1910.266(d)(6)(ii): Work areas were not assigned so that trees could not fall into an adjacent occupied work area: a) Brown's Lawn & Tree Service, LLC at 1418 Pinewood Court, Bellefontaine, Ohio: On or about May 8, 2018, work areas were not assigned for employees performing tree removal and brush clean-up of a residential lot. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards from tree felling operations.
