29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: PAINT SPRAY BOOTH: On or about and at times prior to May 9, 2018, the employer had not developed and implemented a written respiratory protection program. Employees were required to wear tight-fitting elastomeric respirators while working in the spray booth applying isocyanates-based paints.
