29 CFR 1926.55(a): Employee(s) were exposed to material(s) at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists: a) Greenville Overlook, Lot #88 - On or about April 27, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that employees were not exposed to Carbon Monoxide (CO) levels which exceed the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 parts per million (ppm). An employee operating a fuel powered Ryobi 2700 pressure washer in a basement was exposed an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) of 196.3 ppm CO, which is greater than 3.93 times the PEL.
