29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: (a) Atlanta plant, Plant wide: On or about 04/03/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that forklifts were not being inspected or examined daily for any conditions which may adversely affect the safety of the vehicles before being placed in service such as but not limited to defective emergency brake.
