29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer does not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface: On or about April 17, 2018, at the facility complex located at 6625 W. Wilshire Blvd in Oklahoma City, OK, employees were allowed to access and store equipment above the wood works room without ensuring the surface can support the stored equipment. Employees were exposed to being struck by falling equipment if maximum weight capacity is exceeded.
