29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction signs. Safety instruction signs were not replaced when damaged where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures. The employer failed to maintain signage on the 1,500 Lb. Heavy Duty Column Dumpers used with the Mixers in the Final Mix Room at the facility located at 3728 SE 6th in Topeka, Kansas. Employees working near the Column Dumpers were exposed to stuck by hazards involving the 750 Lb.
