29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a) Reptile house attic and habitat area - On or about 02/23/2018 - 03/24/2018, employees were required by the employer to don filtering facepiece (N95) respirators while using jack-hammers and power saws to perform manual demolition of structures including concrete walls, rock features, wooden benches, and louvres. The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use including selection, medical evaluation, fit-testing, training, and inspection. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
