29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) Residential Garage Construction, 5011 E Roberts Ln, Nampa Idaho 83651: On or about March 1, 2018 and at times prior thereto; the employer acting as a General Contractor did not have a fall prevention plan or program in place or implement equipment inspections for employees and subcontractors working from a scaffold without side rails, erecting a scaffold, and sheeting the roof; exposing them to a fall onto concrete ground. Note* Abatement certification AND documentation ARE required for this item.
