29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(A): Operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator will be authorized to operate; a) On or about March 12, 2018 the employer did not ensure that employees were specifically trained on the operating instructions, warning and precautions specific to the Toyota Electric Stand Up Tow Tractor, Model No. 8TB50. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 923603, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2400 Orange Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, 44101.
