29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(i): Inside storage rooms were not constructed to meet the required fire-resistive rating for their use. Such construction shall comply with the test specifications set forth in Standard Methods of Fire Tests of Building Construction and Materials, NFPA 251-1969, to include openings to the room(s) be provided with approved self-closing fire doors and the room(s) be liquid-tight where the walls join the floor: a) F/V Pacific Producer Main Deck Room 4, where approximately 80-100 gallons of flammable products including, but not limited to, gasoline, International Epoxy Paint Parts A and B, and Sunnyside Lacquer Thinner, were stored in an unventilated room constructed of wood that was not equipped with a self-closing fire door.
