29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training regarding operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator was authorized to operate: (a) At the site located at 6004 28th Street E Bradenton, Florida employees operating the telescopic forklift were exposed to hazards such as but not limited to falls and/or struck- by, where the employer failed to ensure that they received initial training, on or about February 12, 2018.
