29 CFR 1910.177(g)(6): Tires on single piece rim wheels were not contained within a restraining device, positioned behind a barrier or bolted on the vehicle with the lug nuts fully tightened during tire inflation. On or about August 31, 2017, employees engaged in inflating tires were exposed to struck by hazards from not using a tire cage.
