29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards of 8' 2" when working from catwalks. This was most recently documented at 2314 E Hwy 30, Grand Island, NE 68802 inside service bay 1 on or about February 6, 2018 and at times prior when employees accessed the east catwalk which had a top rail height of 32" and the west catwalk which had a top rail height of 34.5" above the walking-working surface.
