29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: On or about 2/5/2018, at BC Direct Corp DBA Robotray, located at 15625 NW 15th Ave, Miami, FL 33169. Passageways inside the storage room and west of the shop area had width of 15" and 26", respectively, exposing employees to the risk of being trapped in the event of a fire.
