29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: (a) Options Medical Center dba Options, 1700 S. 120th St., Lafayette, CO 80026: On or before January 25, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees climbed the racking system to access the top level to spray plants. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.
