29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: a.) On or about January 3, 2018, the employer did not provide a means of safe access and egress to and from the saw operator station on the 7 inch line. The employees have to cross in front of the saw in between runs to reach the operator station. b.) On or about January 3, 2018, the employer did not provide a means of safe access and egress to and from the saw operator station on the 9 inch line. The employees have to cross in front of the saw in between runs to reach the operator station. c.) On or about January 3, 2018, the employer did not ensure each employee used a safe means of exiting from the saw operator station on the 9 inch line. The employees were observed climbing through the racks to exit the operator station area.
