29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103) a) Power Concrete Co., Inc./Orphan bridge deck on Port Reading Avenue between ProLogis Way and West Avenue in Woodbridge Township, NJ- The employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in bridge repairs and using jackhammers and handheld power saws to cut concrete were protected from respirable crystalline silica by developing and implementing respiratory protection program. A written respiratory protection program was not developed and implemented with worksite-specific provisions covering respirator selection, use, care and maintenance, as well as medical clearance and training of users. Condition observed on or about December 15, 2017.
