29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii): The Exposure Control Plan did not contain at least the following elements (a) the exposure determination, (b) the schedule and method of implementation and (c) the procedure for the evaluation of circumstances surrounding exposure incidents: Facility-wide including Quincy Satellite unit: The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not contain an exposure determination, methods of compliance, Hepatitis B Vaccination and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up, communication of hazard to employees and Recordkeeping. Direct care staff, including but not limited to nurses, are exposed to sharps injuries when administering medication to patients.
