29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved container(s) or portable tank(s) were not used for the storage of flammable or combustible liquids: On or about December 6, 2017, and at times prior thereto, in the paint areas non approved containers without a self-closing lid were observed being used inside the building to handle and store paint thinner having flashpoint of 39 degrees F exposing employees to fire hazards.
