29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Jacob A. Weaver Company in Guys Mills, PA. On or about December 7, 2017, specific lockout procedures for the Keystone Gang Saw had not been developed. Employees perform servicing and maintenance that includes, but is not limited to, clearing jams and changing saw blades.
