29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane were not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: 64 Mill St, Southbridge, MA On December 6, 2017, all of the employer's fifteen cranes were found to be overdue periodic inspection. The inspections were completed on January 12, 2018 resulting in the identification of at least one deficiency on every crane.
