29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7)(i): (i) All ladders were not secured to prevent accidental displacement: a) Facility, 7100 Mellon Road, Export, PA: On or about November 17, 2017, an employee was climbing a wooden ladder that was leaned against the upper storage area and fell approximately 6 feet to the concrete floor below because the ladder was not secured to prevent it from moving.
