29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): Foley Transportation, 235 Taylor St., Springfield, Massachusetts; On and before November 7, 2017, the employer had not performed any hazard assessments in the facility to determine if employees were performing any work that required personal protective equipment such as using a bench grinder or while working on diesel engines.
