29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: A) Borgers Ohio, Inc., located at 400 Industrial Parkway, Norwalk, OH 44857: On or about October 30, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected by personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, heat resistant clothing while employees were conducting activities such as, but not limited to, changing Teflon rolls inside the Cell # 6. Employees were exposed to injuries such as, but not limited to, burns.
