29 CFR 1910.140(d)(3): Body belts were not prohibited as part of a personal fall arrest system. (a)Midwest Railcar Repair, Inc. at 25965 482nd Avenue, Brandon SD, 57005: On and at times prior to October 30, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees were adequately protected from falls, in that, employees were utilizing a body belt in the blasting area as a part of a personal fall arrest system. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
