29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) 1000 Fox Street, Bronx, NY: An employee operating the cement mixer was required to wear respiratory protection (e.g., N95 respirator) and was also allowed to use a half face air purifying respirator with P100 filters. The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program; on or about 10/11/17. b) 1000 Fox Street, Bronx, NY: An employee operating the masonry wet saw to cut concrete block was required to wear respiratory protection (e.g. N95 respirator) and the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program; on or about 10/11/17.
