29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. The employer does not ensure that unused openings in an energized electrical panel are effectively closed. This violation was most recently observed on October 18, 2017, at a worksite located at 19 Bailey Street, Plains Township, PA (East Wall, In-Process Room) when employees turned fluorescent lights on or off by cycling circuit breakers located in an energized electrical panel with an opening.
