29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): Training was not provided to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: (a) 1162 Holly Hill Road, Milford, DE - On or about September 22, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that employees clearly understood the applicability of the employer's Lockout/Tagout program for production versus maintenance operations, as the provided training did not address inspection, on the ZED Thermoformer machine.
