29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: A.) Adam's Contracting; 303 Walnut Street, Emlenton, PA - On or about 7/27/17, employees were moving an aluminum ladder from the area around the house to companys construction trailer. While they were moving the ladder, the ladder came into contact with overhead power lines.
