29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(B): Workplace-related topics: Composition of loads to be carried and load stability; On 8/22/2017, employees in the process of moving a Twin Spindle CNC machine that weighed approximately 37,840 pounds located at Walther Engineering at 3501 Shotwell Dr., Franklin, OH were not trained on the composition of the load being carried nor were they trained on the load's stability based on utilizing the Versa Lift 25/35 with a maximum capacity of 35,000 pounds prior to attempting to move the load in anyway.
