29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 2027 S. 12th St. Building 507, Allentown, PA - on or about June 7, 2017, an employee performed servicing and maintenance on machinery and equipment to include but not limited to horizontal band saw, press brakes, and cranes where lock out/tagout hardware was used, but the employer had not developed, documented, and utilized procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.
