29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks were driven up to person(s) standing in front of a bench or other fixed object: (a) Product Labeling Area: On or about June 13, 2017, an employee operating a Crown pallet jack (Model No. WP 3000) with a full combo bin load, maneuvered the pallet jack in close proximity to an employee working at a work bench station. This exposed the employee to struck-by and crushing hazards.
