29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to a power line. On or about July 13, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while performing rigging operations with a 16-foot metal beam to load a flatbed truck with a derrick crane, American Model 9310 with S/N GS19102 was in close proximity to a 7.2 kV overhead-power line.
