29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1761 Route 9 North, Howell, NJ, 07731- Blend Mixer loading platform northwest corner: Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 8 feet to the ground below when working on an elevated platform without an acceptable means of fall protection, occurred on or about 6/21/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
