29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program including the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards. This was most recently documented on June 14, 2017 in the kitchen area. The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program that addressed the following but not limited to chemical products that were observed at the facility and available for use by employees: Easy-Off Oven Cleaner, Pink Lotion Dish Detergent, Mean Green Cleaner, Zap Glass and Surface Cleaner, Sysco Germicide Ultra Bleach.
