29 CFR 1910.119(d): The employer did not complete a compilation of written process safety information, including information pertaining to the hazards of the highly hazardous chemicals used or produced by the process, information pertaining to the technology of the process, and information pertaining to the equipment in the process before conducting the process hazard analysis: a) Celebration Fireworks - On or about June 30, 2017, the employer did not complete a compilation of written process safety information pertaining to the process of assembling multiple components of display firework devices consisting of Hazard Class/Division 1.3G and 1.4S explosives. b) Celebration Fireworks - On or about June 30, 2017, the employer did not complete a compilation of written process safety information pertaining to the codes and standards being followed to identify the Net Explosive Weight limits and the proper separation distances of the fireworks processing and squibbing area from other activities and personnel within the same operating building. c) Celebration Fireworks - On or about June 30, 2017, the employer did not complete a compilation of written process safety information pertaining to the codes and standards being followed to identify the hazards associated with static electricity, stray current, and radio frequencies and their possible effect on firework components. ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement is to compile information that complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP) such as but not limited to NFPA - 77, 495, 1123, 1124, 1126, and ATF Regulations.
