29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolate (a) 405 Park Drive, Carlisle Pennsylvania, Butter Print Room - Employees clean and perform maintenance on a case packer. The employer did not ensure that employees had an understanding of the method and means to isolate energy sources, on or about June 16, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
