29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that mobile ladder stand platforms with a platform height of 4 to 10 feet (1.2 m to 3 m) had, in the platform area, handrails with a vertical height of at least 36 inches (91 cm) and midrails: a) Plant 1 - On or about 05/25/17 and at times prior thereto the blue mobile ladder stand platform was in use without the top guardrail and the middle guardrail in the front section of the platform. (Elevation: 4.0 ft. above the concrete floor). In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
